Children's Privacy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
Dreamwhisp is designed for parents and guardians to use with their children. We take children’s privacy seriously and have built the product to collect as little as possible. This notice explains our approach and is informed by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar frameworks.
Parents are in control
Accounts are created and managed by an adult. The child-related details used to personalise stories a first name, age, and chosen favourites are entered by the parent or guardian, who can review, edit, or delete them at any time in the app.
What we don't do
- We do not show third-party advertising to children.
- We do not sell or rent any personal information.
- We do not require a child’s last name, photograph, location, or contact details.
- We do not let children make purchases or contact other users in the app.
Content safety
Every story is generated to be gentle and age-appropriate. Stories are screened to exclude violence, frightening content, adult themes, and brand names, and each one is written to help a child wind down toward sleep.
Parental rights
As a parent or guardian you may review the information associated with your child’s profile, ask us to delete it, and refuse further collection by deleting the profile or your account. To make a request, email privacy@dreamwhisp.ai.
More information
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. If you have any concern about how your child’s information is handled, please contact us we’ll respond promptly.
