These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dreamwhisp app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who can use Dreamwhisp
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Dreamwhisp is intended to be used by a parent or guardian with their child. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the information you enter, including any child profile details, and confirm you have the right to provide them.
Subscriptions & billing
Dreamwhisp offers a free tier and paid plans (Family and Premium). Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s store settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Stories & acceptable use
Stories are generated by AI for your personal, non-commercial family use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to create content that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others.
Content & intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Dreamwhisp or its licensors. You may use stories generated for you for personal enjoyment within your family. AI- generated content may not always be accurate or unique, and is provided for entertainment.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamwhisp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
